Day 43
Well got my biggest off to school today and didn't really do much. It was a pretty chill day. I have been having a few of those lately with not having any real exercise in place. Started to get annoyed with my lack of motivation to exercise.
When I was doing the 30 day shred before I had energy to do more things and I just feel so sluggish.
On the bright side, today was a fresh start. I had eggs and toast for breakfast and got my snacks in and had really good meals, a wrap for lunch and salad and buffalo chicken for supper. I didn't managed to quite get all my water in.
Then we were having company over for bible study. That didn't end until 9pm and then we needed to put "little" to bed. My husband tried very hard to motivate me, I just didn't want to do the Ripped in 30 tonight. He tried to entice me to do Zumba, or Just Dance or a BodyRockTV or something. I love him so much.
I just felt I needed to get a decent night sleep. So that's what I did...
Tomorrow is always a new day....right? Ugh. Please motivation come back!
