Getting the hang of it...

Day 46

Well today's work out wasn't so bad! Just needed to work on the form in a few movements but other then that my stamina and endurance is building. I still suck at push ups though. I just can't do them! I even do it on my knees and that's even still too hard. My arms are still too weak or something I don't know... you'd think after doing 30 days of the shred I would have built up some muscles to at least do a push up. I can maybe still do about 5 before my arms crap out on me.

I think i'm still losing weight. Yesterday I received a very high compliment from my neighbor, she said that I was looking amazing, and then when I left to go meet my friend she commented that I looked great too. It's SO encouraging to hear all this positive feed back, when I see myself every day I don't see the big changes. I can see in my before and after picture of course but to notice it in the mirror just won't happen so thank you to everyone who continues to build me up and encourage me!

Well anyway that's all I have to say for now!
