Sleep deprivation = no exercise :(
Day 37 (Tuesday)
By now the no sleep thing was catching up to me and I was feeling SUPER crappy so I just lounged on the couch and dealt with my screaming baby all day. My husband worked late so I had full intentions of at least TRYING to work out but he never made it home till close to 8PM, at this point I only managed to get a ham and cheese sandwich and a handful of chips (since they were conveniently there) in and that's all I had to eat, then after we got the kids to bed it was almost 10PM. I was WIPED. On top of already feeling like crud I was now beyond exhausted and anticipating yet another horrendous night from my little one. So I scrapped the work out, yet again!! :-(
