Weigh in...

Day 40 (09/07/12)

It's Friday! Took my measurements last night. I have lost a total of 17.5 inches and 12lbs in total in just OVER A MONTH. WOW! I am so proud of myself, but on the other hand i'm still not at the "jump out of my skin excitement" stage because I have a certain number in mind that I want to see on that scale. Don't get me wrong though, 17.5 inches? That's AMAZING. That's huge! That's worth celebrating...

Today I did tons of baking so I could freeze preschool snacks for my biggest. I only ate 3 pieces of pizza all day. 3 TINY pieces at that. I was feeling pretty wobbly.

At my meeting with SFL I had to meet a different nutritionist, and it was later (at 5pm). She was awesome but i'm so not used to her. Her name was Danielle. I have been bad ALL week with eating and snacking. I've barely had an appetite. I got super run down a couple days ago because my littlest wasn't sleeping and I think it just caught up to me.

So she recommended that I buy an assortment of nuts (unsalted of course) and pre-bag 1 ounce worth in like 6 zippy bags. So I went to the local superstore and got those and of course I was FAMISHED so I decided to buy a pre-made roast beef sandwich. My family and I were going to this Corn Bust thing that my friend invited us to but it didn't start till 6pm and we were so hungry, because we were dumb and didn't eat lol so my husband and I decided to share half a sandwich each.
Then we went to the corn bust which we had chili, assortment of salads, dessert... and just mingled with strangers. LOL.

Well after about 8pm and I was laying in bed I started getting the most SEVERE abdominal cramping in my LIFE. They almost resembled contractions, it was murder! I felt so sick all that night, and puked my guts out.

The culprit? That dang roast beef sandwich we bet!

So no work out today unfortunately :(
