Ho hum...

Day 34


My baby had a fever last night though and was very sickly. So I didn't get a good rest yet again, and my baby was incredibly clingy too. Couldn't put him down today. So unfortunately I didn't get my Saturday work out in. =(
I will have to counter that by working out on Sunday (my normal rest day) so it will just be swapped around a little. Which will suck because that means I need to exercise for 7 days before I get my next rest day which will be harder for me near the end of the week but I honestly couldn't exercise right now even if I wanted to. No energy.

Been trying to eat a little healthier since being here but its not working out as well as I had planned. Yesterday morning wasn't bad, I had packed some left over fruit salad and ate that, then had my normal veggie wrap and cottage cheese for lunch after my work out, and then a banana for a snack. We didn't eat until 8pm though and I was STARVING. We had BBQ Hamburger patties, which I ate 1 and a half of them and a little bit of chips.
Then today I had 2 pieces of PB & J toast for breakfast and a banana, for lunch had a left over hamburger patty and no snacks through out the day, and for supper I had spaghetti/garlic toast/ceaser salad and have had a couple drinks.

Tomorrow is my sisters baby shower and there will be cake and what not there so again not an entirely healthy weekend. Blah! So easy to fall off, but I won't allow it!!
